Thompson Properties was founded by Joanna Thompson in 1995 in Colorado Springs.   We are a local real estate company that caters to the needs of home buyers and sellers.  We provide personalized service to each of our clients and are a full-service brokerage.  Susan Lemaire joined the company in 2019 and she and Joanna became business partners.  In the Summer of 2023, after more than 30 years in this business, Joanna decided to slow the pace of life and move to the Western Slope.  She is still an active Realtor, and will continue to hold her license at Thompson Properties, and would be happy to help anyone looking for property in Montrose/Cimarron.  In order to maintain the consistency of our service to our clients, Susan Lemaire has purchased the company so that we retain our presence in Colorado Springs.  As of July 1, 2024 Susan Lemaire is the Owner/Managing Broker of Thompson Properties.  Susan brings 25 years of experience as a Realtor, and with Susan's leadership and our team's expertise, we are committed to providing exceptional real estate services to our clients.
